Screenshots are not appearing
Open iOS Settings → Apps → ShotInbox → Photos and allow access. Return to ShotInbox and start a scan. iOS controls the timing of background processing, so keep the app open while troubleshooting an initial import.
AI analysis is unavailable
Check your internet connection and try again. ShotInbox automatically uses on-device OCR and basic intent detection when the AI service is unavailable.
Reminders or Calendar actions fail
Open iOS Settings → Apps → ShotInbox and enable Reminders or Calendar access. ShotInbox writes an action only after you approve it.
Purchases and subscriptions
Use ShotInbox Settings → Restore Purchases after reinstalling or changing devices. Manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Apple handles billing and refunds.
Delete your data
Use ShotInbox Settings → Delete Account to permanently delete an email-and-password account from Supabase Auth and erase the organized screenshot data from the device. Events and reminders already saved to Apple apps remain there unless you delete them separately.

Abra Ajustes do iOS → Apps → ShotInbox → Fotos e permita o acesso. Volte ao ShotInbox e inicie uma análise. O iOS controla o processamento em segundo plano; durante a primeira importação, mantenha o app aberto para testar.
A análise por IA está indisponível
Confira sua conexão e tente novamente. Quando o serviço de IA está indisponível, o ShotInbox usa automaticamente OCR e detecção básica de intenções no aparelho.
Ações no Lembretes ou Calendário falham
Abra Ajustes do iOS → Apps → ShotInbox e ative o acesso a Lembretes ou Calendário. O ShotInbox só grava uma ação depois da sua aprovação.
Compras e assinaturas
Use Ajustes do ShotInbox → Restaurar Compras após reinstalar ou trocar de aparelho. Gerencie ou cancele uma assinatura em Ajustes do iOS → Conta Apple → Assinaturas. A Apple processa cobranças e reembolsos.
Excluir seus dados
Use Ajustes do ShotInbox → Excluir Conta para excluir permanentemente do Supabase Auth a conta com e-mail e senha e apagar do aparelho os screenshots organizados. Eventos e lembretes já salvos nos apps da Apple permanecem até serem excluídos separadamente.
